EURO 3, with electronic control of the operating parameters is available in 2 models with and without pump, and production capacity from 27 kg/h. Thanks to the new display, the operating parameters and production information can be read and adjusted at any time.

The information provided on the display for both models here is:

• N. 4 operational functions (load mix, distribution, storage, washing)
• Program for automatic loading of the mix into the cylinders, available inthe models with pumps
• Ice cream viscosity
• Temperature in the cylinders and in the storage tanks
• Indication of the number of cones produced
• The gear pumps guarantee reliability and consistant production throughout many years of service.
• Overrun control.
